Chocolate Clusters Recipe

Hello everyone, it's been awhile since my last post. Sorry about that. This week I am busy conducting chocolate workshops at Fairfield Methodist Sec Sch. The workshop is entitled Learning With Chocolates by Goldchocs Premiums & Services. The learning focus of this workshop is Innovation and the Innovative Mindset. Examples of innovation are illustrated in the history of chocolate plus the students get to make Chocolate Clusters too. They also learn all there is to know about chocolate; its history, origin, health benefits etc. Let me share with you, especially if you are friends of Lydia and Hana, the recipe for Chocolate Clusters:

Milk chocolate - 350 g
Cornflakes - 120 g
Almond slivers - 20 g
Raisins - 20 g

Method: Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl - you may use a microwave or the double-boiler method. If the melted chocolate is too hot, wait for it to cool down. Lightly crush the cornflakes before adding them to the chocolate. Add in the almonds and the raisins and stir as quickly as possible before the chocolate sets. When the mixture is evenly coated with chocolate, place small heaps of it onto small paper cups ( the kind you use to make cupcakes ). Leave them alone for 10 minutes for them to set or you may want to stick them into the fridge for awhile. Once they are set, put on plates and enjoy!

This recipe is very easy and is very suitable for kids to make themselves. Lydia and Hana have made them lots of time. Do try!
